 "Amanda" aka, "Mandi"?
 She's our Executive Director, aka the big cheese, the head honcho, the boss lady!
 Rest assured your loved one is in good hands with her running the show! She has 1 year in long term care, 2 years experience in family practice, and 9 years in assisted wellness!
 Mandi's background also includes being a registered medical assistant (RMA), a CNA, an EMT, a CPR instructor, and a certified dementia practitioner!
 She loves hanging out with her 4 kids and watching all their sporting events but not from the sidelines! She loves being a soccer coach and getting into the action!

Have you met Emily? She is our brand new Health and Wellness Director here at The Oasis, along with being our Hospice RN! Emily is a CMU graduate with Nursing and RN Degrees!
 She loved her internship on MyMichigan Midland's Neuro-Surgical Unit growing her nursing skills, and working with Hospice and stroke patients! She loved being able to develop personal relationships with each of her patients and we can see why!
 Emily has a very sweet, and calming demeanor along with the knowledge and go to attitude needed for her position. Emily is also BLS and ACLS certified and has even worked with brain bleed patients! This "girl next door" has also had the privilege to bring life into the world, when she worked as a labor and delivery nurse at MyMichigan Midland. Is there anything she can't do?! In her free time she loves to snuggle up with her husband and cats with a good book or take to the outdoors for a run, especially if it's training for the Cherry Festival Half Marathon!

Have you met Kayla?! She's our New Dietary Manager! We're thrilled to welcome Kayla to The Oasis family! Growing up in and around the food industry, Kayla has been cooking up passion in the kitchen since she could reach the counter. With her skills passed down through family traditions and plenty of self-teaching, she's turned her love for food into a true career. Before joining us, Kayla was serving up smiles and delicious meals as a sous chef at another assisted living facility. Now, she's bringing that same creativity, care, and culinary flair to our community. When she's not whipping up something tasty, you'll find Kayla enjoying time with her husband, James, and chasing after their 19-month-old bundle of joy, Abigail. We can't wait to see (and taste!) all the wonderful things Kayla will bring to The Oasis!

Have you met Lindsay? She is our Activities Director aka Chaos Coordinator here at The Oasis! She takes pride in being a BINGO calling, party hosting, multi tasking ninja who loves her residents endlessly! Lindsay is also the person behind the camera, taking pictures of our residents, along with managing our Facebook page! (Yup that's ME!) She has had a variety of jobs from clerical, to customer service but for the past 15 years she worked in a manufacturing shop. She did everything from assembly, to Final Audit but couldn't be more excited and passionate about her major career change! "This is my dream job I never knew I existed!" She's a summer girl 100% and loves being in or near the water! She loves hanging out with her youngest son, her boyfriend and their families and friends. She also watches as much Clemson sports as she can, to show her support for her oldest son's college along with catching a Detroit game one the weekend!

Have you met Savannah? She is our Hospitality Coordinator at The Oasis! With her sparkling personality and a smile that can catch any heart, she has certainly captured ours! Savannah has a lot of management experience, from Burger King, to Wendy's, all the way to Firehouse Subs and everything in between! She is use to being surrounded by loved ones at work, and at home, as she comes from a 13 siblings blended family! She also just finished her 8th season as a Sparks Cheerleader and Dancer! So watch out, she's got the moves!

Have you met Stephanie? She's our Care Coordinator here at The Oasis! Caring is in her job and in her nature! She has been in both Caregiving and Med Tech positions for the past 4 years and is crushing it! We are so lucky to have such a fantastic asset on our management team! Other than that, this busy mom of 6 has worked just about every job under the sun! From working in a gas station, to baking/decorating cakes, to doing hair! Her husband of 25 years, kids, and grandkids love that she a workaholic and determined to better herself! She's even going back to college right now to further her healthcare career and knowledge to become an RN! When she finds a moment of free time this energizer bunny can be found in the garden or taking her beloved pups and army of children hiking, or mushroom hunting!

Have you met Wayne? He is our Maintenance Man at The Oasis, aka Mr. Fix All! Wayne is a one man team that knows all the ins and outs of The Oasis' underbelly. He knows what makes everything tick, how to take it apart, and of course, how to put it back together! He has a variety of experiences in his background, including customer service, shipping management, production supervisor, and even owning his own home improvement business! This man rarely has free time but when he does he enjoys hanging out with his grandkids, or being near a body of water for a little kayaking or a swim! He will most likely have his trusty sidekick pup with him, as Wayne is a huge dog lover!
