- Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee food sourcing, inventory, and safety standards to ensure a seamless dining service.

- Maintain the Oasis Standard: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas reflect our commitment to cleanliness, organization, and a serene atmosphere.
Who we are looking for
- Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager, preferably in a senior living or upscale hospitality environment.
- Heart for Seniors: A genuine passion for serving the elderly and enhancing their quality of life through food.
- Leadership Excellence: A positive, self-motivated leader who thrives in a collaborative, family-style team.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong knowledge of food safety (ServSafe certification preferred) and dietary restrictions.
